Lindley Fraley

Lindley graduated Summa cum Laude from the University of Southern California where she was valedictorian for the School of Public Policy and Management. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of California, Berkeley. Lindley brings more than 15 years of big law firm litigation experience to The Food Lawyers® where she specializes in complex civil litigation for the firm.

After law school, Lindley focused her legal career on intellectual property matters, environmental law, and complex business litigation. She has served as lead counsel in litigation, drafted legislation for the California Water Code, taken and defended over 50 depositions, negotiated settlements, prepared dispositive motions, mediated cases, and worked on numerous complex civil litigation matters.

Lindley joined The Food Lawyers® in 2023, applying her wide range of litigation experience to advance the interests of the firm’s food industry clients.
