Mr. Hambly leads the firm’s litigation practice. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree summa cum laude in Political Science from the University of Vermont and his law degree from Harvard Law School where he was an editor of the Harvard Law Review. He has 25 years of experience in a wide range of litigation areas including defending food class actions, trademark, copyright, contract, trade secret and internet cases. Mr. Hambly’s successes include winning a nationwide class action brought against Trader Joe’s® in New York Federal Court.
