Yvette Golan

Yvette is an experienced litigator in complex cases. She acts as counsel to The Food Lawyers in special matters.

Yvette received her Juris Doctor from Cornell Law School in 2002, where she graduated Magna cum Laude and received the Order of the Coif. While at Cornell she was Editor of the Cornell Law Review and a research assistant to Professor Robert S. Summers, editing the fifth edition of the seminal White & Summers treatise on the Uniform Commercial Code. Prior to law school, Ms. Golan graduated Summa cum Laude from the University of Texas. After law school, Yve clerked on the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals for Chief Judge J. Clifford Wallace, in San Diego, CA.

She is admitted to practice law in New York, Illinois, Texas, and the District of Columbia.
